Vorrei uses cookies to:

- Ensure security: Certain cookies help us detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
We do not use cookies to:
- Build advertising profiles about you;
- Serve you targeted advertisements across third-party websites;

These cookies are strictly necessary for the Vorrei platform to operate. Without them, core features like logging in, navigating between pages, and processing orders cannot function. They do not collect any information used for marketing or analytics.

Because these cookies are essential to providing the service you have requested, we do not require your consent to set them. They are set automatically when you use authenticated features of the platform.
5. Functional Cookies & Local Storage
These store your personal preferences to improve your experience. They are not strictly necessary but make the platform significantly more convenient to use.

6. Analytics Cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website so we can improve it. The data collected is aggregated and anonymised — we cannot use it to identify individual users.
We use analytics tooling that is configured to:
- Anonymise IP addresses before storage;
- Not share data with advertising networks; and
- Respect browser "Do Not Track" signals where technically feasible.
Analytics cookies require your consent under applicable law (e.g., the UK PECR and EU ePrivacy Directive). We will ask for your consent before setting analytics cookies.
You can withdraw your consent and opt out of analytics cookies at any time — see Section 9 (Managing Cookies).

Some cookies on Vorrei are set by third-party services we have integrated with. We do not control these cookies, and you should refer to each provider's own cookie and privacy policy for full details.

Third-party cookies are set only where technically required by those integrations. We do not integrate with advertising networks or social media tracking pixels.
8. Local Storage & Session Storage
In addition to traditional cookies, Vorrei uses browser Local Storage and Session Storage to save preference data on your device. Unlike cookies, these do not expire automatically and are not sent to our server with every request — they remain only on your device.
We use local storage for:
- Remembering your selected theme (light/dark);
- Storing your language preference; and
- Recording your cookie consent decision.
You can clear local storage at any time through your browser's developer tools or settings. This will reset your saved preferences (theme, language) to their defaults.
9. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
9.1 Cookie Banner
When you first visit Vorrei, we display a cookie consent banner that lets you accept, reject, or customise non-essential cookies. You can revisit your choices at any time via the cookie settings link in our footer.
9.2 Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:
- View cookies currently stored by a site;
- Delete some or all cookies for a site;
- Block cookies from specific or all sites; and
- Set preferences to be alerted when a site tries to set a cookie.

Please be aware that blocking essential cookies may prevent you from logging in or using core platform features.
9.3 Opt-Out Tools
If you wish to opt out of analytics tracking, you can use standard browser settings or extensions that block analytics scripts. Clearing local storage through your browser's developer console will also remove preference and consent data stored by Vorrei.
10. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal to websites. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. Vorrei respects your privacy regardless of DNT status and does not use cookies for cross-site tracking or targeted advertising.
Where technically feasible, we configure our analytics tools to respect DNT signals and disable analytics tracking when a DNT header is detected.
11. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, changes to applicable law, or for other operational reasons. We will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page whenever we make changes.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. For significant changes, we may notify you via an updated consent banner or by email.
